Swedish meatballs are easy to prepare and very tasty and Didi will make it for us. This is ideal for family dinners. It can serve both, simple and various vegetable side dishes. Heat the butter in a pan and fry onion. In a bowl mix the bread crumb milk. Let stand for 20 minutes. Then mix the mixture using a blender. Transfer back to bowl and add onion. Mix gently. Add the remaining ingredients and meatballs. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Then form meatballs and fry them. For the sauce, heat the butter and add the flour. Stir continuously, add the stock and seasoning. Cook a few minutes. Add the meatballs to the sauce, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
